You will notice a new link under "Daily Functions" in FlexMLS. You can create an electronic fax cover sheet by selecting "InstaNetFax". Once you print out the cover sheet, you will be able to send faxes directly to your customer’s email. You can also create a "fax back cover sheet" so your customer can fax the document back to your e-mail. This fax/e-mail will go directly into your DocBox in TransactionDesk, as well as your email.
