You can now receive information on scheduled showings via ShowingAssist, property access, and showing feedback all in one report. This combined report will show you when an appointment has been scheduled, when the property is actually shown or not shown. You can use this as a tool to follow-up with agents that scheduled appointments but never showed.
ShowingTime offers ShowingAssist Listing Activity Reports and ShowingDesk Web Edition. These products enable you to view the lockbox activity within the ShowingDesk products.
