New Realtor Firm, Individual Licensed Realtor, Reciprocal Membership, MLS Only Membership, and Personal Assistants / Office Administrators (Licensed Personal Assistants and Office Administrators are required to be full members of both NEFAR and NEFMLS unless their license is held under a non-member referral company. That referral company must be registered and validated with NEFAR for approval. Unlicensed Personal Assistants and Office Administrators may have their own MLS login that requires a token, however, their access is limited to the MLS data and searching capabilities of their employer)
